Ongoing Care Plan – Terms & Conditions

By subscribing to the Ongoing Care Plan ($12 per week), you confirm that you have read and agree to the following terms and conditions::

This is a 12-month subscription.
By enrolling, you are committing to the full year of payments.

Payments are charged weekly at $12 per week.
Payments will continue for the full 12-month period, regardless of how services are used.
This subscription does not include an early cancellation or exit option once commenced.

If a payment fails, you will be notified and payment will be reattempted.
It is your responsibility to ensure sufficient funds are available.
Continued missed payments may result in a pause of access to bookings or services until payments are brought up to date.
Any outstanding balance for the subscription period remains payable.

Your subscription provides access to a personalised combination of:

These can be used flexibly across the 12-month period.

Your first appointment must be booked at least two weeks after your subscription start date.

This allows time for your plan to be set up and ensures a smoother start to your care.

You may choose how and when to use your consultations across the year.
If you choose to use your allocated appointments early, your weekly payments will still continue for the remainder of the 12-month period.
The subscription is designed as an ongoing care plan rather than a pay-per-appointment service.

Any unused consultation value or remedy credit remaining at the end of the 12-month period will not be refunded.
However, remaining credit may be used toward:
- Remedy purchases, or
- Future consultations

This subscription is for the individual (or child) it is set up for and is not transferable to others.

This plan is designed to support continuity of care over time. Outcomes vary between individuals, and no specific results are guaranteed.
